Admission Process

Criteria for Admission of Foreign Students in the MBBS and BDS Courses
To be eligible to apply for Admission & Scholarship,
• Must have passed qualifying examinations (+2/I.Sc./HSC/‘A’ level) or equivalent examination.
• Minimum aggregate GPA for Govt. Medical College is 8.00
• Minimum aggregate GPA for Private Medical College is 7.00
• Minimum GP in Biology: 3.5 (60% aggregate)
• Minimum Academic Gap (not more than 2 year)

What is the Admission Process:
Step 1:
Attestation & Verification from concern (School and Intermediate) Board: 

SLC/SSC/ ‘O’ level or equivalent examination.
Marks Sheet (5 copy)  10+2/I.Sc./HSC/‘A’ level) or equivalent examination:
Transcript certificate- 3 copy
Provisional certificate- 3 copy
Migration Certificate- 3 copy
B. Attestation and Verification from Ministry of Education: 

SLC/SSC/ ‘O’ level or equivalent examination:
Marks Sheet (5 copy)
10+2/I.Sc./HSC/‘A’ level) or equivalent examination:
Transcript certificate- 3 copy
Provisional certificate- 3 copy
Migration Certificate- 3 copy
Attestation and Verification from Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
SLC/SSC/ ‘O’ level or equivalent examination:
Marks Sheet (3 copy)
10+2/I.Sc./HSC/‘A’ level) or equivalent examination:
Transcript certificate- 3 copy
Step 2:
• Admission Xpert:- College admission application form for Admission/Offer letter to concerned College.
• Directrote General of Health Services (DGHS):- Application form for GPA Equivalency Certificate.
• Bangladesh Embassy :- Application form for admission and visa.
Step 3:
• Nepal Medical Council :- Application form for Eligibility Certificate
• Ministry of Education :- Application form for No Objection Letter (NOC)
Step 4:
• College fee payment by TT (Swift Code) or Demand Draft through Bank
• Bangladesh Embassy: Visa Application form for Visa.

For Scholarship:

Bangladesh Embassy, publishes Notice every year. Students must download a copy of the Application Form, fill it and submit it along with a copy of passport, attested mark sheet (SLC & +2), recent PP sized photographs (10 copies) and application fee (USD 60$ in Bank Draft) to the Bangladesh Embassy, within the stipulated date.

• All certificates must be duly attested by the concerned authorities: Concerned Education Board, Ministry of Education (MOE) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
• Students with 10 GPA are encouraged to apply for Scholarship and students with below 10 GPA are advised for self-funding.
